Loving the painted texture dude. I tried mimicing your certin style of color similar to Akiman (sp?) with, what I would believe, rather good success. However I pressed crtl+ something and it closed the thing... it asked if I wanted to save and I thought I hit crtl+S but I hit no and it all closed... made me really sad. Oh well, it was only an arm and hand and part of a chest. Now that I know what I need to do I'm going to do it again before too long.

yeah, i think you hit ctrl+w, that's a common alternate function for closing similar to alt+f4, but within the program itself. yeah, it's nothing too complicated, just a monochrome and tons of tweaking. if you're patient enough, you'll get it.

Back to this drawing though, how did you get the color to do that? Make it look painted rather than like, lowering the opacity on the brush?

sometimes it depends on the direction. there's alot of aspects, i need to post more on srk which i think i'll do.

Nice! She looks good colored in like this. Gives her extra depth, and makes her seem more playful. Then again, she's frolicking around in a bikini, she's already in the playful mood lol.

only on hard rounds, they give me more control in terms of that 'haze' effect.
